BRIDGES AND ARTIFICIAL TUNNELS
The construction of bridges and artificial tunnels has become since many years the principal activity of our company.
Tensiter technology in the case of articulated precast elements for bridges is based on the production of flat elements with internal joints for assembly, that allows the unfolded laying of the element on the truck to facilitate transportation.
With a specific lifting technique, the precast elements are folded during their on-site installation and blocked in their final configuration, to obtain a rigid monolithic structure.
This technique has been developed by Tensiter after in-depth studies and has been constantly improved during the years.

Production is differentiated in four categories:
Each type includes a wide range of standard structures, intended for the most frequent uses, suitable to carry road and railway loads, embankments of major heights and seismic actions.
Asymmetric filling profiles are also possible with our structures.
The dimensions of the standard structures can be modified to accommodate the specific needs of any project.
